I recently stayed at Apa Hotel Shimbashi Toranomon and had a great experience. The location was superb, with Shimbashi station just a few minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed going for a jog towards Hibiya and the Imperial Palace parks. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and the Japanese breakfast served was delicious and plentiful. The rooms, although small, were tidy and clean, with everything you need. Plus, the hotel was insulated against noise, so I had a mostly quiet night's sleep. a modern hotel in a fantastic location.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

I had a well-equipped and brand-new room in this fairly clean hotel. I ate at a small restaurant with frozen food. The food was outstanding with a great selection of options. Also, location was exceptionally nice, relatively close to a Hibiya park. There were a market and a convenience store around the venue. I came here for 7 nights and had a perfectly pleasant stay.

As for me, the area was quite busy.

Its location at a medium distance from a well-known temple was favourable. A market and a convenience store were right next door. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was nice with frozen food.

Great and really kind staff, early check in. The rooms well laid out, new-fashioned with coffee and an amazing view and complimentary bottle.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shimbashi station, making it easy to access different subway lines and trains. It is also a short walk away from Uchisaiwaicho metro station.

The lack of customer service is a major downside, with staff refusing to help with basic requests such as maps, phone calls, and directions.

The rooms were tidy, warm with a bed, ideal for us. The breakfasts for a foreigners. The staff were very amiable and knew how to help. That hotel was in a comfortable and ideal location, in a lively entertainment district.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the amenities and location. The attention to detail was also impressive, with small touches like complimentary bottles of water and basic amenities provided in the rooms. Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit small and lacked a wardrobe or closet space to store our belongings. , some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to get recommendations or ask questions.
